At Jack Homme, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Used or washed products

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, we will arrange return pickup.

If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges may apply.
